Having worked with this client for several years we were asked to help set up their new 160,000 sqf warehouse they were relocating to.
We were tasked with designing the layout of all walkway areas around the warehouse, installing forklift barriers and hoop barriers around racking, installing mesh barriers for drivers entering the building. We also designed, manufactured and installed several pallet wrapping stations, packaging areas and platforms.
Outside we manufactured and installed 34 trailer guides for loading bays, along with a custom smoking shelter and more mesh fencing. Everything JKL supplier was manufactured and powder coated their corporate green colour.

JKL engineering group has recently won a contract to supply all ducting to a automobile manufacturing new build plant in the UK. The contract secures approximately 3 months of subcontract capacity for the business and is expected to be complete in November 2019. JKL will also be assisting with installing the equipment and we have been awarded a service contract for maintaining the system and future refurbishments and alterations.

JKL have recently invested in a high speed flat bed Amada laser cutting machine. It will allow us to rapidly increase turn around time for customers as well as increase accuracy and thickness of material we can process to 15mm and 4 meters in length.
